Free has a monthly AI authoring allowance. Pro includes unlimited AI-assisted authoring, with no monthly authoring credits or per-generation charges. Both plans have published service limits and storage allowances. Read what unlimited authoring includes. Printer hardware, workstation setup and any QZ trust or certificate costs are separate. Customer infrastructure, SAP-side custom development and installation or migration services are scoped separately. On-premises production is included in Pro, with no separate feature add-on.

Accept new orders, apply rules, render labels and keep print history locally. Production continues during an internet or AI-provider outage while your local data sources and licensed installation remain available.

Is Free a trial?
No. Free is an ongoing attended-station plan with usage and storage allowances. You can report a defect without a paid subscription. Printer hardware and any required workstation or certificate costs still apply.
How do I get a Pro price?
Tell us about your site, number of stations, data sources and whether production will run hosted or on-premises. We’ll confirm the supported setup, subscription price and any separately scoped onboarding work before you commit.
What does unlimited AI-assisted authoring include?
Create and refine your label rules as often as you need, with no monthly authoring credits or per-generation charges. It is included in Pro for both hosted and on-premises production, with AI authoring in SmartFACT cloud.
Published request-size, concurrency and rate limits protect service availability. Automated bulk AI generation is outside the included service; automated production jobs remain included in Pro. Approved rules keep running without AI calls, even when cloud authoring is unavailable.
Does on-premises production include local AI authoring?
Configuration is authored and compiled in SmartFACT cloud. The local service runs the approved result without AI calls or local AI credentials. New AI-assisted changes need cloud access; configuration and any sample data you supply for authoring are processed there. The local service can receive signed releases and licence renewals by manual transfer.
What does Pro support cover?
Ticket/email help during business hours covers documented functionality, configuration troubleshooting, supported connectors and print recovery. Custom integrations, bulk label migration, on-site installation and customer infrastructure administration need a separate scope.
What happens after I complete the form?
We review your workflow and contact you about the next onboarding step. Include your preferred plan, a description of the labels and your printer setup. The form does not take payment or commit you to a subscription.
